The 2008 & the2009 Tribalization of Business were extremely well received - proving that there is a real need for fact-based research around the use of communities and social media in business.
This year's Tribalization of Business Study is more ambitious and broader in scope than last year's. If you run communities or leverage social media as part of your business, we would like you to participate in this year's study. In return for helping us out you will be part of the first group of people who will get access to the full results of the study.
We would also like to build a repository of community best practices and get you to vote and comment on those you think are most effective. Stay tuned for a Digg-like system for you to submit your case studies and engage with others on ranking them.
